Who we are

Factory33 is a brand of ClientGrove, based in the United States. This policy covers this website, our quote form, and our customer portal at portal.f33mfg.com. For questions or requests about your information, email contact@clientgrove.com.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, email, brand name, the products you're interested in, the number of designs and pieces, whether your artwork is ready, when you need the order, where it ships to, and anything else you write.
• Customer portal accounts: your name, email address, and when you last signed in.
• Orders: the designs, sizes and quantities you order, your shipping address and phone number, any note you add, and your invoices and whether they're paid.
• Design requests: the artwork and notes you upload, and your messages about the mockups.
• Payments: you pay by card on Stripe's invoice page. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.

Cookies and your browser

• The customer portal uses one cookie to keep you signed in. It lasts 30 days, or until you sign out.
• This website remembers the currency you choose for price estimates in your browser. It isn't sent to us.
• We don't use advertising cookies or analytics that track you.

Technical information

This website and the portal run on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect them from abuse. We use the country Cloudflare detects to show prices in your currency, and we don't store it. The portal keeps the IP address of sign-in requests for one day, to limit repeated requests.

How we use your information

To reply to quote requests, run your portal account, make and ship your orders, send invoices and emails about your orders and design requests, keep tax and accounting records, and keep our website and portal secure. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

• Our manufacturer: the details needed to make and ship your order, like your designs and files, sizes, quantities, shipping address and notes. They don't see prices or payments.
• Stripe: to create your invoices and take payments, including your name, email and shipping address.
• Google: when you save a shipping address in the portal, it's checked with Google's Address Validation API.
• Cloudflare: for hosting, file storage and sending email.
• Shipping carriers: your shipping address and phone number, to deliver your order.

How long we keep it

We keep account, order and invoice records for as long as we need them to provide our service and to keep tax and accounting records. Sign-in request IP addresses are deleted after one day.

Your choices

You can update your name and shipping addresses yourself in the portal. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email contact@clientgrove.com. We'll delete what we can, but we keep records we're required to keep, like invoices.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
