Who we are

Factory33 is a brand of ClientGrove, based in the United States. These terms apply to every order with Factory33. Questions: contact@clientgrove.com.

Orders and minimums

• Each design needs at least 20 pieces, unless we've agreed a lower minimum with you. Designs we've linked for pricing count together.
• The price per piece depends on how many pieces of a design you order, as shown in your portal. Prices are in US dollars.
• Placing an order in the portal creates its invoice, which shows the final total.

Prices, shipping and taxes

• Prices include duty-paid shipping. On rush orders, import duties aren't included and are billed separately after shipping.
• Rush production and shipping costs $200 per order.
• VAT or other taxes may be added depending on your country.
• It's up to you to check that shipping to your country has no restrictions or additional costs.

Artwork and mockups

• You supply the finished artwork. By sending it, you confirm you have the right to use everything in it, including logos, names and trademarks.
• You approve a mockup before production starts, and we make your order to match the approved mockup.

Payment

• Each order is invoiced through Stripe and paid by card. Invoices are due 14 days after the order is placed.
• Production starts when the invoice is paid.
• Orders that aren't paid by the due date are cancelled.
• Extra charges, like import duties on rush orders, are invoiced separately and are due 14 days after they're sent.

Delivery

• Orders are delivered 4 to 6 weeks from payment, or 2 to 4 weeks for rush orders.
• We email you the carrier and tracking number when your order ships.

Cancellations and refunds

• Before an order is paid, you can ask us to cancel it. Unpaid orders are also cancelled after their due date.
• Every order is made to order, so once it's paid it can't be cancelled or refunded.
• If items arrive defective or don't match the approved mockup, email contact@clientgrove.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll replace or refund them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where ClientGrove is registered.

Changes

We may update these terms. Orders are covered by the terms in place when they were placed.
